Our most challenging class - Fit-Boxing Conditioning combines the cardiovascular conditioning of Boxing with strength building and high intensity interval training. 

 Sign up is required to reserve your spot in a classes. Please bring your own gloves, wraps, mats, water bottle and wear non-scuff athletic shoes.
