This class focuses on strengthening your core muscles using pilates-inspired mat exercises + incorporates weight exercises to build and tone multiple muscle groups and increase flexibility through active stretching movements. The goal is to improve your stability, aid in injury prevention, improve exercise performance and boost overall strength.

All levels welcome! Exercise modifications provided. 

Included in all WSFB passes, membership plans and drop-in.
