High Intensity Fit-Boxing is our most fast-paced, cardio-driven workout — a high-energy mix of nonstop boxing and kickboxing paired with explosive interval training.
You’ll move fast, hit hard, and keep you heart rate soaring through 35–40 minutes of fast-paced bag work, followed by a strength finisher using weights, targeted core work, and cool down.
Expect full-body conditioning and serious endurance gains — all while boosting confidence, improving stamina, and releasing stress.
Please bring: boxing gloves, hand wraps, a mat, water bottle, and non-scuff athletic shoes.
Open to all levels — from beginners to advanced athletes. Modifications available.
