A high-intensity, full-body workout that hits every major muscle group. You’ll power through 35 minutes of heavy-bag boxing and kickboxing, then shift into bootcamp drills using bodyweight, dumbbells, and functional strength moves.
Punch, kick, squat, lunge, push-up, plank, and sweat your way through fast-paced intervals designed to build strength, endurance, agility, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. Finish with targeted core work and cool down.
