A high-intensity full-body workout blending heavy-bag boxing/kickboxing with bootcamp-style strength and conditioning. Fast-paced intervals build power, muscle, endurance, and serious cardio — finishing with focused core work.

All levels welcome. Modifications provided.
Bring gloves, wraps, mat, water, and non-scuff shoes.
